If sending an email to the administrator please include “FRUA” in the subject. If you don’t the email is in danger of being filtered out as spam. Blank subject lines will be filtered out as spam. In either case the email will not be seen.

To sign up for an account just click on the Register link found in the top portion of the screen.
You will be presented with a Register for Account screen. Simply follow the directions there. Please note that what every you put in the Full Name box will appear along with your user-id on all messages posted.
To start a new discussion click on any forum title (Open, Family Matters, Russia, etc.) and scroll to the bottom of the page for a button to click on.
After you have an account and signed in you can change values in your profile by using the Edit Profile link found in the top left.
You can also remove your own posts by clicking on the little X found on the right.
Participating in this board and having a user-id does not sign you up as a FRUA member. If you wish to Join FRUA please click on the Membership link found above.
Likewise being a FRUA member does not get you an ID or password for using this chat board. Membership to this chat board is open to anyone in the world with internet access.
Topics posted need to be related to Eastern European adoption. Messages that do not meet this criteria will be removed. The only exception to this is the Family Matters section, but all other rules apply there.

Family Matters Use this area to discuss general family related matters that may not be adoption related. What car should I buy, where should I vacation, etc. Discussion must be related to family so no politics.
