| Dear FRUA Member, We
are collecting data on orphanages in the former Soviet Union. The information will be
included in a reference book. Our goal is to provide a valuable resource for our members.
Primary uses for the reference book:
- It will help us piece together the portion of our childrens lives before
they became
part of our families.
- The book will also help us identify what donations would be most appreciated by
individual orphanages.
- If a majority of children from a region have a specific medical need, we can
address
it as a group.
- Prospective parents preparing to travel can call the FRUA hot line and request
information about a particular orphanage.
As you can see, the information received will be very important. Please take a
moment
to fill out the attached survey and return it to:
Families for Russian and Ukrainian Adoption
P.O. Box 2944
Merrifield, VA 22116
Attn.: Orphanage Survey
or fax (301) 474-4516
Call the hot line (703-560-6184) with any questions. If you share any
identifying
information, your privacy will be protected.
Thanks in advance.
