The Family Focus, FRUA's print journal, is a member benefit issued three times per year and sent to FRUA members via US Mail. The Journal is meant to be visited and revisited by parents and children alike. Its 28 pages address a range of content relevant to what our families are currently asking for.
Articles are authored by adoption and medical/behavioral experts, FRUA Advisory Board members, FRUA Directors, FRUA parents and children, and Friends of FRUA.
Each issue has consistent sections including a Cover Story, Focus Articles on Education; Adoption/Advocacy; Health; Families; Children/Teens; Young Adults; Culture and Heritage; Current FRUA Activities; FRUA Regional News; and Special Life Moments Submitted by FRUA Families;
